I brought my vehicle to Don Johnsons because Markquart Motors in Lake Hallie does not have a customer friendly service schedule; instead, the organization would rather inconvenience customers for weeks to keep their service schedule full. My vehicle sat on Markquarts lot untouched for a week, and the only updates I received were as a result of my calls. When I finally went to get my vehicle, no one seemed to care that I was without a vehicle for a week. I know that losing one customer wont upset or financially impact Marquart, but their scheduling for service is ridiculous. Ultimately, I was able to get my appointment vehicle serviced at Don Johnsons, which is a 45 minute drive from my home, but there were a few issues; for example, requested updates were not provided, requested services (oil change) were missed, and the problem was not resolved on the first visit.
