Original Review: Stay as far away from this company as you can. Terrible customer service. Not many options in our area for this service so we are handcuffed but its a nightmare.
New review: My original review stemmed from a difficulty getting a hold of the employees that managed our route/service to ask for some additional napkins. I had to call the main office number and (because I didnt have my customer number) I kept getting hung up on. I would get transferred to another department only to have the call dropped 10 minutes into waiting. I did that twice and after that vented here on google reviews.
However, I did eventually get a hold of my area manager (initials KB) and ever since then Ive had nothing but the best customer service. Hes been very helpful on several occasions. Always polite and professional.
My recommendation to the company is to make sure that all new customers have the name and number of their area manager so we dont have to call their 1-800 number.
