I bought a dog treat that my dog would not even look at! I went in to return it and didnt ask for my money back, rather asked to put the money towards another treat that he would eat. Owner refused and told me that he cant resell it so I was stuck with it. I asked if he donated to shelters and he said yes, but only expired foods. All the pet stores I shop at have a guarantee that you can bring back the treats and put it towards another purchase. Will not shop here again..
