        It took almost 5 and a half hours for them to do an oil change and change my front rotors and brake pads. I originally came in for just the oil change and for them to figure out why my Jeep was making a grinding sound when turning. I was told at the appointment I needed the new front rotors and brake pads. That was fine but when I was paying, again after sitting for half a day at the dealership, I was told that the car was still making the grinding sound. They told me I would need to make another appointment to address that. The grinding sound is why I came in. I was completely overcharged for the oil, rotors, and new pads. I will not be coming back for any further services my Jeep needs.
