They've been pretty good to me while they are repairing my vehicle. The only thing that made me rate 4* was because I wish they would've told me on the phone (before bringing my car in) that they wouldn't be physically working on my car for at least 2 weeks. I picked up my rental the same day dropping off my vehicle thinking nothing of it, or at least thinking they'd be working on it within a week. I get a call almost 2 weeks later asking if I would like to pick my car up because they were done doing the assessment of the damage and ordered the parts that were needed, and I could pick it up and drive it until the parts and everything else came in. I was confused because I thought they were already working on my vehicle. I'm thinking well, I don't think I can just pause my rental time and pick my car up. Right now, that is our own running vehicle, and we only have 1 or 2 days max with this rental now. And I don't think it'll be done by the time I have to drop the rental back off. I can't afford to just throw $300 more down for a deposit to keep this rental, especially after Christmas and the holidays. Thankfully, I have a relative who is willing to help me out until my vehicleis done. But, I've been very patient. I know things would take longer to come in, especially since it's around a bunch of holidays. And I do appreciate them for keeping me updated as much as possible while they have my car. Again, everything has been amazing with this company. The only con I have was with the communication in the beginning. If they would've said, " Hey, don't get your rental yet until after we do the assessment and order parts. It'll save you on days with the rental. " This is my very first time hitting a deer or getting into an accident, so I didn't know what I was even supposed to do. I didn't really have anyone to walk me through on what to do and what to expect. But again, they've been great. I'm hoping I don't ever have to use them or anyone for something like this again because who would (no one wants a have an accident or hit an animal) but I DO recommend them!

They do good work but expensive and pretty terrible customer service. Lots of excuses as to why the work is taking longer than quoted, no offers of loaner vehicles. Ill go somewhere else next time.
