Hi your website shows apts available..I submitted 2 application in hidden and pelican apartment I payed 2 times app fees no one email me or call me and your website still show apt available in rhinelander do you show apt available just for take 25 $ from people?

Unit was clean upon moving in. Staff and office are very friendly including the maintenance guy. Residents are usually older on average which means they are quiet and respectful. Neighbors all seem respectful and nice. There's also a trail that's for snowmobiling in the winter where you can walk in the summer to get outside. My biggest complaint about this place is the noise. If you get a unit here, for your own sanity, make sure it's not close to the trailer park just to the South of the apartments. We have dealt with non-stop noise coming from the trailers. Example are hearing a few domestic fights weekly with profanities being yelled, loud rap music with subwoofers coming from the trailers, etc. We can hear it in our unit and have been woken up at 5Am multiple times. We have submitted almost ten noise complaints to the local police and sheriffs department, it usually stops the noise for a few days but then it returns. Often times, the police will not even come and won't return your call with a report to let you know the results of your noise complaint. It feels like we cannot do anything to stop this. The trailer park administration also does not care. We know that one of our neighbors with a unit facing the trailer park actually moved out because she worked as a helicopter pilot on a night shift and had to sleep during the day. Whatever you do, do not rent a unit bordering the trailer park with windows facing that direction. We have not bothered to talk to the apartment office about this because I don't think they can do anything to help us.
