        Been going to LL Tax for over 20 years, they are great.

        Kevin did our taxes wrong 2 years in a row which resulted in us owing over $2k. We were issued refunds and a couple years later we got certified letters delivered that the taxes were filed wrong 2 different years and we owed money. It was something to do with the childcare credit. These were basic taxes , working class family. Nothing difficult. Kevin ended up refunding us what we paid him for the 2 years he did our taxes but we had to come up with thousands of dollars , IRS doesnt care either if you dont have the money, they wanted it ASAP.
