This is the worst place that you could ever rent from these people are horrible they overcharge you they make up stuff . On those zero below days it was so cold in my apartment it was 30 the City of Racine came and did an inspection and found out that they overcharge me for rent for the last year because it's a HUD building a pipe busted ruined all my clothes they have gotten over $5,000 and funding from W.E.R.A and St Paul and still try to take me to court they gave me a 28 day notice to try to get rid of me but had to take it back because it was out of malice the roof have caved in and water came down from the third floor and I live on the first floor and they haven't done nothing to help me I have asthma I can't even stay in my own apartment I'm living couch to couch I'm 53 years old and disabled they always got an excuse for not helping you they got this guy that call himself a maintenance but I know him from being a cook at a bar that I used to sing at he's a liar and because he doesn't know how to do nothing he make up excuses for not to do nothing everybody that's in that office is terrible I don't know how they can sleep at night awful people if anyone reading this and can give me some help or advice it feels like I done all that I can do but I know I can do some more these people need to be stopped and I need to be protected at all costs........
