We worked with Faye briefly and she's not what she used to be. Shows up late, unapologetically lets the clients in through the garage (not the front door) lazily shows the house and acts weird causing the clients to leave. Several showings went this way until we switched to Rosa.
Rosa on the other hand was able to professionally take over and carry the home sell through properly and professionally. Rosa would get 4 stars, for great work, Faye deserves two stars...thus 3 star review.
I would recommend this company, but just make sure you don't get stuck with Faye...very unprofessional.
