        We were having a problem with rust in our well water. What started out as the replacement of the aging pressure tank, turned out to be an unusual leak in the well pipe causing the replacement of the well pump and down pipe and an upgrade to the piping/valves. Ben Bracker stayed with the project and finished the project the next day. He had everything needed on his truck including the crane to put in the new pump.

        The owner is extremely knowledgeable in the well and water pipe business. He is accurate in his assumptions over the phone and I am sure he has been doing this for many, many years. I text him whenever I have a question or concern and he always responds quickly trying to help me solve the problem over the phone. If not, he will put you on the schedule and/or try to squeeze you in accordingly. I highly recommend this Company for all and any well or water pump problems you may have. Excellent customer satisfaction. If I need or have any future problems, I will be calling Bracker Well Co.

        Issue late Saturday night, texted and got suggestions to try early on Sunday. No luck. Needed to pull the pump. He was there first thing Monday and I had a new pump by Monday afternoon - very knowledgeable and great service!
