        If I could rate them 0 I would. Brad not only was unprofessional, late, and overcharged- but also in the end didnt even fix the issue he claimed to have fixed twice. He charged for one repair, when that proved to be not the fix, we scheduled a second appointment for him to try again (after paying hundreds the first time). He no showed our appointment, after we called he showed up 3 hours late. Didnt fix the issue again and then proceeded to get extremely sketchy when it came to billing - declining to honor military discount company claims they offer, and charging us for the hours of time that he no-showed for (unbelievable). In the end Brad failed to even accurately assess what was wrong in the first place, to which another plumber claimed any reputable plumber wouldve been able to do in minutes. Dont use this company. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
