My GF went in for an exam and had to get new lenses. She already had a really nice set of frames that she chose to reuse with her new prescription. Week later she goes to pick them up (04/10), came home, pulled them out of her case and the frame was broke. The part that sits on your ear. Clear as day you can see glue residue like they broke them and tried to generically glue them back like nothing happened! All within an hour of picking them up! She obviously called and explained the situation, took documented photos, and was asked to come back in which she did. While there, they chose to not accept responsibility and ultimately tried to charge her for new ones! Then made a remark about coming back when she had funds after she declined to purchase new insinuating like she said no because she is broke, when she was saying no because buying new glasses when THEY damaged them was the issue! This is extremely poor customer service. As a trusted company, if you damage somebodies glasses, you do the right thing and replace them. To the employee with the slick comments, you. As for this place, Id probably steer clear..
