Kiernan-Laitinen Heating & Air Conditioning

Awful customer service. They sent someone to check if a heating unit could be fixed in August of 2023. Called repeatedly and even stopped by afterwards to inquire about financing options and other questions and was given the runaround but no one ever got back to us so we eventually went with another company. Five months later, they call demanding $127 for sending someone to check the unit. Pointed out the fact that we kept trying to move forward and no one would respond and answer our questions. Rude employee who called couldnt seem to understand why I took issue with them ignoring us and reaching out months later to collect payment for checking the heater. She literally repeated no less than 20 times that they sent a quote via email although I kept reiterating that this wasnt what we took issue with. Awful experience. Avoid

14+ service visits, My air Handler unit is now leaking water again thru the ceiling in my front room for the 6th time in 3 years and they wont call me back. John the owner won't ever return calls. Can't get much worse at this point. I highly recommend Kiernan-Laitinen. They have amazing staff, from technicians to office staff. Elizabeth is very patient and helpful and so nice. I recommended this business to all of my family members and theyve all had great experiences.
