        I reserved a room over the phone and asked for a pet room. Once I got there to check in she charged me extra saying I never told her I had dogs. In the morning I had bite marks on my arm and found bed bugs in the mattress. The sheets were used from a different person's stay. Once I brought it to there attention the front desk person told me to check out and that she can't refund me my money. I paid $130 to stay in a room and get bite up by bed bugs I was furious and she didn't seem to care and then tried saying that maybe I brought the bugs. They robbed me GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL Rooms: Rooms are sorry and have bugs Safety: Big infested of bed bugs
