These are very nice people and the chair I bought is relatively nice, but for $3,500 I dont expect this switch to keep on breaking. Im tempted to buy a standard $5 switch and put it in myself. I would never buy anything mechanical from them again. My time is precious and this chair is dangerous for my 5 year old daughter. I was worried about it just automatically closing and crushing her when shes on it. I honestly can't remember but now they have to come out for either a fourth or fifth time to fix the same problem. If I had known it was going to be this much of a problem I would have went to Home Depot bought a $3 switch and put it in.
