At first he seemed like he wanted to assist us. He gave us options and then went into some other details. He sent the link to have us review his services prior to him completing any work which honestly we felt uncomfortable with but we went ahead and gave him a good review because he seemed very responsive from the get-go until. Something just felt wrong with this guy. The more and more I talked to him the more and more I figured out that since he wasnt making a lot of money on our small project he was slowly just starting to ignore us. Who in their right mind would tell someone to do the install and then if the install fails inspection to charge them thousands of dollars afterwards once they figure things out? We finally came to an agreement that there was a specific option I confirmed would work out for our situation. He kept saying that I needed to go pick up the materials if I wanted to save more money which I had no problem with..Im paying you to do the work and you want me to pick up materials? Then he just simply didnt respond to me until I sent Tim a message almost a week later and his response was Sorry, Im busy. We ended deleting the good review.obviously!!! Sorry for the bad review, but thats not how you do business with someone sir. It should not matter how big or small the job is. It should be about taking care of customers, providing the work that you claim that you do based on your advertisements and building your business based on great service and trust.
