Horrible customer service!!!! Wont be returning! My pickup order showed that it was picked up despite the fact I never picked up the order! The Manager insisted that I did repeatedly and didnt even apologize when she realized that it was their mistake.

This particular Ulta location is horrible. Ive stopped in a hand full of times and was never greeted. Recently, I went in to get new products since its been a while that Ive worn make-up. I asked for assistance in finding a foundation match and while an employee was assisting me I informed her that Im looking to replace multiple make-up products, but she handed me the foundation I needed and walked off- that was her chance for an up sale. While in the check out line, that same employee came by and asked if I found everything I needed. I was hesitant and said Im not sure, I hope it looks good and instead of her assisting in that moment, she said Im sure it will look good. I also tried to schedule a make up appointment and it seems that this location doesnt have the staff to do it or they just end those services early. Id certainly visit a diff location from here on.
