        Usually this store is great, because the employees are so helpful. But two weeks ago I needed help and drove out on Saturday but the place was closed when it was supposed to be open. I figured I would come back on Monday, which I did. It was closed all day Monday too. No sign to say why. Why is it even there if it's gonna be closed, and why can't they seem to retain employees?

        Okay the very first time I came into the store it was an awesome experience. However the last 3 times I've been here trying to get this new SIM card into my phone so I don't lose service it's been closed.....doors locked, lights out, etc.....mind you hours before the store is even supposed to be closed. I eventually went to the other one on Lathrop because of this reason. Only reason I kept trying was because it's on my way home from work. I'm very disappointed in this situation and hope that it gets fixed, either be open or change your store hours.
