The Pillars at Crystal Bay

I have tried numerous times to talk to nurses, etc about my Moms care only to be transfered to a voicemail and never got a call back. Extremely frustrating, very poor management. Think twice and make sure to get as much information as possible before putting your loved one there.

Horrendous place. Do your research, look up the citations and violations on this place. Also notice 20 five-star reviews all given at the same exact time 9 months ago this place is desperate. Theyre not fooling anyone. One of the worst reputations in town.

The Pillars is invaluable to me and my family. The Director has very high standards, and it shows. Valerie and her staff truly love the residents, I have witnessed this many, many times. My Mom is living in the best possible place for her at this time in her life, and I am forever grateful for this amazing facility.

The Pilars At Crystal Bay, is a wonderful place to be. The resident care is amazing and is an amazing place to work. The resident care is a great, everyone is treated like a family.
