BMO Bank N.A Branches

Someone at your bank charged our checking account for another customers check! If we hadn't done the visual check balances and deposits we would have been charged 180 dollars for another persons check. Absolutely no accountability here. Been with this bank since 2000 and seriously considering leaving.

People are great, the bank is not very good. Any issues almost have to be resolved in person, phone calls are next to impossible to get anything done

I have to change my review to four stars because other than the bank randomly being closed due to staff or whatever issue they have their service while its been open has been perfect, the people at the branch are wonderful and its always a good experience when I go there. The best thing is your control over your debit card, you can specify where it can be used as far as online, in the store, down to the zip code world wide. So if you have spending habits that are usually the same you can set it up to deny any purchase outside your normal routine. ill still leave my negative stuff below because it was not a good situation and very inconvenient also putting my family in danger driving during those terrible below zero days. Bank closed, says temporarily closed on the door yet when you check online or even call the 1-800 number they tell you that it's open and that is incorrect. This has made my life absolutely frustrating. Now I have to drive 60 miles round trip to deposit money. Basically all their services have some type of issue and nothing has been smooth about banking at BMO Harris. Nothing
