        I called many many times for clarification on my refunds. I left messages on MYBLOCK, voicemails, etc. Once, she got back to me and said they would look into it. Never heard back. I FINALLY, got a hold of someone and they said my tax pro didn't work there anymore. I paid over 400 hundred dollars for a service that I could have done myself. She proceeded to be very rude to me, then called me back at 8:30 p.m. when my family was sleeping

        Got my taxes done earlier today. I was originally quoted at 150.00 but when I got in it was raised to 190.00 without telling me beforehand. The woman helping me made multiple mistakes in the numbers and constant misspellings when writing out locations and names. I had to consistently point out mistakes to her. I may as well have done them myself. Don't bother. And if you have, look through your paperwork with a fine tooth comb to make sure everything was done correctly.
