Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Prairie du Chien, WI

Made my reservation specifically to have adjoining rooms. Called twice to confirm. When I arrived all of my information was wrong and there were no adjoining rooms "they were all booked long before I booked my rooms" Wouldn't have chosen that hotel if I knew we wouldn't have gotten the rooms I specifically confirmed we were getting. I was given a shrug of the shoulders as a solution.

I went there because my child wanted to go swimming with her friends and I was going to stay tell they got there and the lady at the front desk said may I help you I said 1 for swimming and she asked if I was going to stay I said yes and she said that would be $ 20.00 I said I am not swimming she said it doesnt matter I still had to pay $ 10.00 just to stay there and watch my daughter

Do not stay here ever since the people from India took over its gone downhill fast. You do not get points for your stays even though there prices have gone up

Was able to check in early all the staff were friendly... They are service dog friendly ( even to our 2 gentle giant boys).. Very clean was a amazing stay
