Precision Plumbing

They did not do the original work on my house but precision plumbing came to fix what was not right. Not only did they fix it, they worked around my busy schedule to accommodate me and made sure it was done right and they followed up. The plumber that came out was very knowledgeable and answered additional questions and very courteous and helpful. The owner made sure everything was done to my liking. John was VERY knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He absolutely knows about older homes and their plumbing, new home plumbing, and I know he has been hired for many new homes under construction. I’m aware he gets calls for businesses that have plumbing issues. He installed a walk-in shower for us. We have an older home and nothing is straight. I expected to be without a shower for at least the whole day. He started at 7 and was done before noon. I couldn’t believe it! I highly recommend this business. He appears to be a workaholic because he’s always available; weekends included. I can’t say enough about dealing with a business that cares about the people he’s doing the work for. John came to replace our water heater when it broke unexpectedly. He was here within an hour or two of calling and after hours. He did a great job and I would recommend him to others!
