New Beginning Tree Service Company

We got four quotes and ended up trying out Octavio's tree service. We have about 11 trees to take down in our backyard. The primary reason for doing that is to let more natural light into the back of our house. For the initial meeting, I found Octavio straight forward and I like that. His price is not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. I chose him because I like his straightforwardness, his good communication (text and email..etc), I feel that I can work with him throughout the job. He also can bring a good size crew to work on our job. He is not shy, not over bearing, and generally a cheerful person (we had used some contractors before who complain daily about things, I cannot deal with that). We had a bit of weather issue with lots of rains. This delayed the job. I have to leave town on business and we only have Friday left the week before. Octavio was in communication with me that whole week, and he was able to start on Friday, and worked on Saturday to finish the job (a 2 days job), before my trip. I appreciated his flexibility to accommodate my schedule while juggling with the weather situation. The crew was good and hard working. They started at 8am and worked till 5pm Friday. They were skillful with using ropes to dropped large section of tree trunk with very soft landing. The young fellow driving the log pickup machine was very good, going over plywoods on my lawn to prevent as much damage as they can, and driving backward with loads picked up through the narrow gate of my fenced in yard repeatedly without hitting my fence. They tidied up after each day properly, likewise, at the end of the job. We asked and negotiated with Octavio to add on more trimming work half way through. We settled on the additional work and price fairly quickly. We do not feel that he was trying to push us to spend more money and do more than what we want to spend with this additional request. We are very happy with the result and how much more open our backyard now feels, as well as the additional natural light coming into the back of our house. He will be our Tree Service go to guy now!

We recently moved into a new home with a lot of trees that needed cleanup and repair. The New Beginning team was very knowledgeable about how to treat these trees, were flexible with getting the service done, and did a great job with clean up. It feels like we have a whole new yard now thanks to them!

New Beginning Tree Service did a fantastic job taking down and removing my very large Cottonwood tree. Octavio was honest in his assessment and gave me a fair quote. Before they came to do the work, I was worried about damage to my new landscaping and turf and yet the team did a really great job protecting my land and house in the whole process. They cleaned everything up throughout the day and left my property in great shape. I also worked with them two years ago to secure the tree and had a wonderful experience with them at that time too. I highly recommend them!

New Beginning Tree Service Company was amazing!! They came right on time, explained the whole process, completed the work in two hours, and left my yard spotless and a nice wood pile for me!
