I have to give a huge shout out to Nick for the fabulous care he gave me tonight. I have never had such ease through the whole process. I was in and out in under 2 hrs thats exam picking frames two pair and out with one pair. The other are progressive lenses so I will have to wait for those. Hes input was so helpful. The proses with the virtual eye exam was a lot of fun. I am looking forward to contacts. I will keep updating throughout all the steps until I get my next pair that should be in in about 2 weeks. Thank you Nick for the top notch service.

This was my first visit to Stanton Optical. As soon as I walked in, Jade greeted me and asked what type of frame I was looking for. There were so many choices and Jade was very helpful. I found the perfect designer frame, great price for my new prescription, and the glasses arrived as promised. The glasses needed adjusting after wearing them a couple days. Nick did a great job! He told me to come back anytime and not try to adjust them myself. Thanks to both of you for the excellent customer service!

I've gotten a couple pairs of glasses from Stanton a couple of times and all I can really say is that it's pretty average when paired with coupons. I don't think you can go wrong if you can find a deal and a pair you like. However, this location in particular in Kenosha gave me such trouble with a warranty. I only had my pair for a few months at that point and accidentally broke them, stuff happens right? I figured since I had frame insurance I'd just go and get a replacement. Well, they ended up not having the exact frame and they wouldn't honor the warranty. I honestly expected at least same or lower price frames but no. Told me I needed to buy new frames and new lens since obviously they wouldn't fit in new frames they weren't made for so insurance I got on Lens, didn't matter - on Frames, didn't matter and only after a back and forth did they finally manage to "track the same frame" down at a different location. If that's something they had an option to do in the first place I would have rather it handled that way than both parties getting irritated at the other and only deciding to actually solve the problem after suggesting you take it higher up the ladder. Be warned - they may not honor warranties.
