Being the first in my family going thru the process of buying a house I just had Billions of questions and some very dumb but Brian was always available, like we would jump on a call at 9pm.. No kidding! Very professional, passionate and very knowledgeable. Made sure to comunicate and have examples in case I didnt understand. Also and more importantly! 1 week prior to close, he calls me with the news that he was leaving the company. Obviously, I panic but He make sure I had his personal contact info, connected me with the new point of contact and team and offered to remain helping me until the transaction was completed. As the days were passing by, 2 days before close, the sellers title company wanted to move the close date claiming they werent really. Brian was constantly checking to see how things were and that day when he texted I told him what was happening. He immediately made some phone calls. The next thing I know is that we were good for closing and there was no issues. As a reminder, he was no longer the loan officer for that bank.. but because he cares and he is responsible he help thru the whole process. My realtor was pretty much in shock with the efficiency.. Thanks Brian!
