What a scam, they told me I needed $2800 out of pocket dental work done ( this is with insurance) I got a second opinion and was pleasantly surprised that I just needed a filling and routine cleanings. 0/10 recommend this place. They did everything they could to get me to sign a contract before leaving. I also find it comical that all they did was take x rays and have a consultation with me that should have been covered by my insurance and I got a bill for $70, they didnt even clean my teeth! Run from this scam of a business

I decided to try a new dentist today and heard good things about Aspen Dental. Had a crown that came off that I needed to get glued back on and wanted a consult on dentures and other things. They got me in within 12 hours and they did complimentary xrays and exam to get started. The staff and doctor were very nice and explained everything in detail. Glued me back together and we went over other teeth options. The pricing was not out of line at all and with plenty of financing options. We chose an interest free plan, and they did a cleaning, maintenance, and molds of my teeth all the same-day! Very well explained, very friendly staff, very clean facility, and very professional. I'm glad I chose them! So far the best dentist I've visited ever. I will definitely be back and will recommend to others. UPDATE: Well, now you can't give them your money if you try. Ever since their databases got hacked, they've been horrible at just trying to complete the dental plan we started in the beginning. They keep going through admin people. All the original people are gone. I understand that things happen, but I can't get anyone to even respond. And then they bill me twice for a part of the original procedure which was PREPAID for in the beginning! That was months of a runaround. Thank goodness I saved all the documentation because apparently they lost everything with the ransom attack. I won't be returning. When I had my implant completed, the doc and admin at the time quoted me for the remaining teeth that I wanted capped. After bugging them for months and months, the new admin gave me a quote thousands more. But if I bought this "discount plan" it would come back down to the original amount quoted before. It's more and more looking like a corporate run dentist just out for profit. I'm done. Not going back. You lost stars because of this.

I just called there to get a appointment and they wouldn't give me a price to have my dentures realined. And this lady who answered the phone hung up on me. I am calling corporate. Worst customer service ever
