This is a great small town community bank. My only issue is cashing personal checks policy. This bank is freindly, helpful and does so much for the community. Love this bank

I wish that there was no star options. VERY RUDE.
Just call to get information regarding my mortgage. I had my acct number to look. I know that there are 25,000 different banks with the same name. The only thing that I needed to hear was if I did have an acct there or not and if I did if I could get a print out. Instead what I heard was; WE DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THAT NUMBER IN THIS BANK, DON'T CALL HERE AGAIN, CLICK (hung up). This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER AND THANK GOD THAT I DON'T HAVE AN ACCT THERE.
I don't have a voice and I was forcing my breath to tell you my acct number and information. Also wish that call was recorded. It was 3/14/19 at around 3:45-4pm.

Friendly small town bank feel. Has lots of local Brat sale fundraisers for the community.
