Wysocki Produce Farm - Plainfield

Place is a absolute joke of a business. Employees mean nothing to them. Wysocki is all about making money and not paying there employees fairly. They will take away your harvest bonus for no reasons. They do not know how to run a fleet shop. They have alot of trucks that are not legal to be on the roads. Shop is full of crack heads and convicted felons. Your raises are absolute jokes. Constant fights and back talking between employees not to mention being harassed. Managers doing special favors for there friends.Do not work here this company will treat you like garbage. Go work for heartland farms they treat there employees like family.

Bancroft shop is a absolute dumpster fire. Management can't figure out a PM program for equipment. They took away Christmas bonus and they donated it to charity and said it was from Wysocki and not the employee's. Don't give you a cost of living raise. They took away my harvest bonus because I handed in a 2 week notice while my wife is going through chemo.Even though I worked 45 days straight to keep there trucks running so they can harvest potatoes. They hire any crack head off the streets. They have 3 mechanics that couldn't fix a hot wheels car. Then you have go out on service calls to fix them. Owner do not care about employees just how to make money.
