Poor service, and poorly maintained trucks. I was fine paying a little more for what I heard was a better experience than Uhaul but it turned out to be far worse. I reserved a 26ft truck days ahead of time but was called less than 24hrs before pickup saying they couldnt offer those trucks to individuals anymore despite having my order confirmed for days. With less than 24hrs I didnt have much choice to find something else. They offered a shorter truck with a liftgate and I accepted. When I went to pick the truck up the next day it was the right size, but no liftgate. The truck also left a huge oil spot on my driveway. Awful experience.

AVOID AVOID. Made a reservation on 5/4/2023 for a 7/1 move. Everything was set. Called and spoke to and recieved a follow up email confirmation from a David Wilson on 6/22 confirming my truck would be available for 7/1 move and told everything was good. Get a call on 6/28 in the afternoon (2 DAYS BEFORE the move) and told they dont have my truck for 7/1 and they have no other trucks with a lift gate.... So now I have to pay for the people I hired to help move (since they don't except cancels TWO Days before the move) and now have to pay rent for two places since I cannot vacate the old one. Mad doesn't begin to describe how I feel. Go elsewhere. They lied and cannot be trusted.
