Belt Accounting was very accommodating. Their system was easy to manage and the turnaround time was fantastic. I had an accountant for a long time who I was very satisfied with who retired. Belt Accounting is making the transition seamless.

Dropped my tax documents off in person in early February. A couple weeks go by and i am informed that my documents cannot be found in the office. They just straight up lost all of my tax documents and left my family's personal information at risk of theft. They refused to accept responsibility or offer any real solutions to resolve the lost document issue. Extremely lacking in document control and security. Reconsider trusting this firm to handle your personal information.

Would not recommend, extremely unprofessional. Does not take ownership of any mistakes made. Zero customer service. This is the worst accounting firm I have ever worked with.

I am so happy with the work Kelly and her team have done. Theyve gone above and beyond the call of duty and met all my needs. They were so thorough and professional. I cant recommend them highly enough.
