        The customer service team was friendly each time I called. The delivery person made sure we were happy with the placement and was willing to move the unit if there was a better spot. The port-o-pot came clean, but the delivery driver gave it another cleaning before he left. I loved that this unit had a toilet, urinal and sink inside! This was the first time I have used a port-o-potty that didn't stink!

        Good customer service. When the delivery was being made the driver noticed the sink was broken in the port a pot. No questions asked. He just said I will take this away and be back later with a new one. No Fuss.
