Sewage was backing up into my basement sink. The drain cleaning service I called found a broken sewer line & recommended Ihn. If I could give Ihn more than five stars, I would. From Annie, who took my call (& patiently answered my "nervous owner" questions), to the men who assessed my problem & fixed it, all were terrific. The solution was explained thoroughly & my broken line was repaired quickly. Thank you!

Over the weekend our tub spout would not fully shut off. IHN arrived on Monday which was great, but spent the time researching a custom replacement part they were unsure their suppliers could get. The plumber did what he could, but left me with a bill of $364.79 and the same problem I had before he arrived. Called twice to discuss bill with office staff. Eventually they returned the call to my husband, not me, and told us "their plumber needs to be paid for his time." Do not recommend.
