This employee often smokes outside right next to the propane tanks. Just saw her out there now. Smoking next to the propane. Seen her numerous other timea before smoking there.

I've been ordering groceries from here for delivery to my disabled sister. The past 3 weeks they have been screwing up the order. Today, none of the frozen products I ordered were with the delivery. I had to reorder and now they are charging another $7 to deliver something they forgot. Will be switching my business to another more reliable store and it won't be a different Metro Market. So frustrating!

Don't expect any help from the staff. I used self-checkout and then asked the service counter if they could make change for a bill I had and they refused to help.

Like always I was over charged for a product, went to customer service and got to deal with Lynn, telling me item was not on sale, I showed her the add then accusing me of not clipping my coupons which after she looked on my account it was. Then she returned less then 1/2 my refund and had to stand there to get my receipt back. My guess is she was going to keep it and take the rest of my $$$. I am going back today to talk to someone else and get my full refund. This is the worst service ever, Criminal employee her name is Lynn works in Pewaukee on Silvernail
