We experienced a house fire in February of 2021. It took a long time for the restoration company (not CRDN) to get the clothing to CRDN. CRDN very carefully worked with me to go over two household's clothing and other belongings. Scott Rebholz and his crew are ALL very kind, empathetic to our losses, and extremely trustworthy. Our belongings were cleaned impeccably to where even clothing I had had for 15 years looked brand new. I didn't lose a single item. Everything except the things I chose to be donated to thrown out were returned, and the delivery crew were fast, helpful, smart in organizing, and very helpful and kind! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about CRDN, Scott, and his employees. I don't wish for another house fire, but I will absolutely use them in the future if I am able to, and I absolutely recommend them to everyone else!! I had a fire in my home on May 20 of 2022. CDRN who I have never heard of before but works with the restoration company who refurbished my home came in and picked up all my material goods for cleaning. They did an excellent job of cleaning all my goods. I could not believe how they made my running shoes and gym bag look like new. I had an old quilt on my bed which is held together by hundreds of pieces of small yarn. An old relative had told me that when the day came for cleaning, all those yarns would have to be removed to remove the cover from the wool bat. Somehow CDRN cleaned this. I had some lace curtains which were old and fragile and CDRN managed to clean these. All other clothes were spotless, pressed and free of smoke. I had to move into a hotel right away and was there seven months. I needed clothes for all four seasons as the seasons changed. Andy from CDRN quickly and cheerfully delivered to me the clothes from their storage that I needed or requested. They would be the first people I would contact to clean that quilt or curtains if they do small jobs for customers. Like most, I had never heard of CRDN until lighting struck my house and we had a major fire. My insurance company contracted CRDN to do all clothes, textiles, and electronics. Andy P of CRDN was really great for the entire process. We were going on a big hiking trip 10 days after the fire, and CRDN was able to get all of our "Rush" items done in time including some luggage I was sure would have to be tossed in the dumpster. Andy and CRDN made multiple separate trips to drop some of my stuff off over the time it took to repair my house. I was really happy with the quality of work and the service provided. They took great care of everything and Andy P was easy to get ahold of with questions. The only thing I had to do was point to where I wanted them to set the boxes when I got my house back.

There was a fire in our home and CRDN quickly and efficiently helped us with restoring all our clothing/textiles and cleaning our electronics. They were very helpful and compassionate at the beginning of our experience when we were overwhelmed with the magnitude of the situation we were facing. They did a rush order for our everyday basic needs so that we did not have to purchase new items. After discovering that the restoration of our home would cause us to be displaced for over one year, they stored our belongings and took extremely good care of them as we were not able to take possession of everything at our temporary apartment dwelling which was much smaller and had very little storage space. In addition, as our time extended, they were very responsive by helping us locate specific items we needed especially regarding our electronics and clothing for special occasions. They also responded promptly to our calls and delivered the items to us quickly. Andy P. and his staff provided excellent customer service. We would use them again and we highly recommend them.
