Been going here for 25+ years, I called today to make an appointment and was told that because I haven't been seen in a little over two years they could not see me per my insurance that I carry. I told her I would pay out of pocket as I have done throughout my entire life until my most recent visits when HIS receptionists recommended I use said insurance. Not to mention we have been in a global pandemic the last year! JUST CRAZY! Guess the small town family doctor doesn't actually care about his clients like he boasts........

I have been going to Dr.Brostowitz for atleast 15 years and have never had a problem until recently. After needing a cosmetic filling replaced, that they had done twice prior with no issues. They replaced it and it is nothing like what it was, I got told they couldn’t do anything about it, which is hard for me to understand especially since the other two times they were capable. I had an appointment that was scheduled before COVID19 that got (understandably) cancelled. They called me two weeks ago to reschedule, which I did, and they called me on Friday to confirm my appointment. ONE hour before my appointment they called me to cancel saying there’s nothing they can do. Something I think they should have known when THEY CALLED ME to schedule and again THEY CALLED ME to confirm the appointment. I had to take off of work and find child care for the appointment. I received a very unapologetic “Sorry” when I brought up my concerns. Will be looking elsewhere for my future dental needs.
