Super 8 by Wyndham Osseo

I was traveling and needed a rest. I found the Super8 and I confess I am positively surprised. The rooms are comfortable and well cleaned and the prices are fair. Rooms: Comfortable and Clean

Room was half way clean not terible. The pool was frozen around 60 degrees not even really bath water. Hot tub has a huge platform covering it must have broke and nobody wanted to fix it. Was excited to see a sauna but when I went to check that out it was full of rolled up carpets. No chlorine in the swimming pool so after my kids went swimming in it I had them shower right away. Filled up the bath tub in our room only to realize the water in the tub was dark yellow in color so I didn't let my kid sit in that water. After midnight people in the rooms on both sides were wasted drunk screaming back and forth giving us the worst night of sleep in a very long time and the person running up and down the hall for 2 hours did not help either. Over all I would not stay here again its not very family freindy and the people sitting with there doors open watching TV the whole tome we were there gave it a very nursing home vibe. Not quite our cup of tea and that's coming from a country person. # nahhhhahhh

The people there were very friendly, very accommodating and very understanding. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was on time. They even left the coffee and hunt tea out all day. Wonderful place to stay

I Booked this room because the website still shows pictures of Jacuzzis in the room we got there and not only did it not have a jacuzzi but the "kitchen" the jacuzzi was replaced with was tore up, dirty, dirty dishes in the cupboard with instructions to clean before use, it says there's a pool and spa with sauna, but there is no spa and the sauna isn't accessible for use. We won't be back And because I can't reply to the owner we did talk to your staff I was told the manager would be informed and they would "see" if they could get me a discount becayse it didnt have a jacuzzi but they wouldn't refund my stay we asked if we could go somewhere else and the girl at the desk didn't know how to handle the situation and would only leave a NOTE for the manager who wasn't there you can't take peoples money, not fix it and then still say you would of done something when I hadn't even heard back about my room being reduced for not having a jacuzzi the only response I've gotten is this one from my SECOND complaint
