        I just want to say THANK YOU to both Shannon (I think that was her name, she answers the phone) and Andrew!!! My car broke down in the middle of the road this morning. I'm a younger gal still and I'm very sensitive and emotional lol. I called Noltes crying, actually bawling because of my situation (I was overwhelmed) and Shannon was very sweet on the phone. she reassured me that help would be there quickly and not to worry. she gave me a time estimate of 20-30 minutes. Andrew showed up within 10 minutes of my call. I was still shaken up but he also reassured me and told me he would get it taken care of and delivered back to my house. he did it very quickly but safely. I now recommend/will continue to recommend Noltes Towing! Thank you guys so much!!!
