        Terrible customer service. We had to ask if we could sit down after being brought back because the lady was still working on someone elses taxes. Their information was on a screen for me to see. Then when we asked questioned we were looked at like we were stupid, and given short unhelpful answers. We had a new situation for taxes this year and thats why we wanted in person help, and she did not make us feel comfortable or like we could ask questions. She should not have been working with the public. Awful experience, will not be back!
