Offbeat Press

We tried to do business with Offbeat Press but they stopped returning our calls for no apparent reason. We worked with Holly through the sales process and populating the screen printing order and she stopped returning our calls prior to being able to order from her. We then left a voicemail at the place of business explaining that Holly stopped returning our calls and that we wanted to place an order. No return call thus far from the place of business in the last two business days. Unless you want to waste your time, I would use another business who returns calls and emails.

Had a great experience with Offbeat Press. The shirts turned out great. There is one error on shirt size they are working very well with me on. I worked with Drew, he is quick with responses and easy to talk to. He took an extra step to help when I was having trouble getting the correct vector file. I recommend Offbeat Press.

We previously utilized Offbeat for over 10 years for a variety of businesses and always appreciated the quality, customer service, and responsiveness. We referred many customers and enjoyed the tens of thousands of dollars of gear we have purchased. Since they were acquired, we have had poor service and would NOT recommend you work with Offbeat. We received our most recent quote, then after several weeks of no replies, were told that they wouldn't honor that quote anymore, and we needed to adjust our quantities because they weren't profitable enough. Todd their COO jumped in to reply, then promised to look into it, while continually punting that he would follow-up with us but didn't. Several will get back to you on Monday responses finally resulted in a "I think you are best to look elsewhere" email. Four weeks after receiving our initial quote, we are back to zero and trying to find a new vendor. Stay clear.
