Mr Magnuson, from Roots Real Estate, exhibited excellence in his approach to timely thoroughness of each step in the process, from initial showing of our future home to final closing day preparations. He was kind and attentive in his response to questions and concerns as well as guiding us through each stage of the finalizing of the paperwork. His reminders of initial home transfer of utilities and address change what a much needed reminder during the chaos of the whole moving process.

Dave helped us get an accepted offer quickly when buying a house, and provided a lot of sound advice and guidance all the way through the homebuying process.
