False advertising as 24/7 but they don't come after hours, they call and talk you into letting them to come during the business hours.
Next day came late in dark pants and crisp white short, with red Blau label on it: Blau should supply their plumbers with white gloves too when they send them to a service call. My review is about David LaChapelle.
So he comes late, walks around, looks at my papers, takes pictures of my papers, sits in his car, then sells you ALL new equipment, charge fee $300 which includes track charge and the time he walked around.
The supplier they go to for the equipment DID NOT recommended them but did recommend others.
First time and never again.
