I was told a pair of trial contacts was waiting for me as I couldn't get in for an appointment until after the New Year. I went in and the receptionist sent me to a woman "who could help me" She asked me for my info, which I gave. She couldn't find anything about it, but after going to the desk and "oh here it is" as if it was my fault. Will not be coming back after my next appointment.

I had an appointment to see Dr. Delwich. I waited for an hour without him stepping into the room or any explanation from staff. I did have a technician come in to check my eye pressure. I stepped out once to check on the status and staff said hed be in to see me. After one hour I left and said as I was walking out Im canceling . My after summery said Erroneous Contact-Disregard . No attempt from the office to reschedule or to discuss what happened.
