(ATTENTION ALL AGENCY WORKERS)If I could give zero stars I would. I had a car issue and got stuck on the side of 45 heading to a shift here. Being only 8 minutes away I called the facility to see if they could possibly help me get a ride from one of the staff so I could still come into work and the charge nurse or whoever Jamie is didnt even bother asking and said no, even after I told her Im not from Wisconsin and unfamiliar with the area. So now Im stuck on the side of the road, alone the night before Christmas. If they dont care about the workers I can assure you they dont give 2 craps about the residents. I wont bother trying to pick up here ever again.

For a year, I've worked as an agency CNA at Bethel home. I can confidently say this has been a journey. The collaborative and supportive culture sets this workplace apart, making it my favorite among the various facilities I've been to. Despite the inherent challenges of being a CNA, the positive vibes and the employees make it worth it.

I been picking up through agency at Bethel Home for about a year now and I would not hesitate to recommend Bethel Home to anyone. The staff are an amazing team, and they are very knowledgeable. They truly care about their residents health and do phenomenal job. To all the amazing people I have had the pleasure of working with! If nobody tells you, Thank you, I have!!
