We dropped off our Toro snowblower to be fixed in January 2022. In mid May, after hearing nothing, we called the service center to discover they had not worked on it. We were told it was now lawn mower season, so those take precedent. We were incredibly displeased to find out that our snowblower sat outside in the elements, and was never serviced when it was STILL Winter. We were told the day we called, in May, our snowblower would be worked on and ready in 1 week, free of charge. 3 weeks later (now June), it has not even been touched. We have purchased many power tools and had prior services at Kitz & Pfeil. It may not make a difference to their business, but they have certainly lost a long-time customer if and when we get our snowblower back.
