        Horrible customer service. Go to a hobby store that won't have employees say, "Idk Google it." When asked a question. Go to a hobby store that won't sell you the wrong batteries for a sledge. Go to a hobby store that will just immediately refund the difference and swap to the correct batteries. Especially when you notice it was the wrong batteries before even stepping foot out of the store from original transaction. Go to a store that won't TELL YOU the difference will be on your store account, only to find out its on the receipt.

        1/2 star, just for being open. Owner is rude..seldom any good sales, when asked for help on some installation work, was going to pay of course. His response? "It's an RTR whats so hard to install?" "I'm booked until March." I drive to Green Bay for ALL my RC needs. They are very helpful, stand by products, including exchanges I bought out of state. Sad that owners do not appreciate business.

      Very sad to see people speak out on the internet obviously to drive business elsewhere knowing that most will disregard his lies because of our reputation and that I would personally never refuse service work ever. Sad internet warrior fools.
