If I could give zero stars I would. Dont bring your kids here. Front desk lady was rude, they dont check credentials before hiring their professional staff, just the worst experience. My 7 year old saw someone twice who we later found out she wasnt qualified to provide therapy services. Dont waste your time..

The front office lady answering the phones today was extremely rude. I called to reschedule a no show appointment that I made and to explain my situation only to have this lady tell me they dont accept my insurance followed by comments of me not showing up to my first ever appointment due to a family emergency. I am confused because when I called I gave all of my insurance information and was never told they didnt expect it. It is what it is but whoever is answering the phones should be a little more friendly you never know what someone else is going through. Be kind! Be better!

I dont know who I spoke to on the phone but she was extreamly rude, unhelpful, and willing to give any tips, pointers, or help outsude of services in the building after insurance or payment was completed.
