I am an every other day customer of the Kwik Trip on Jackson Street. I work just behind this store and LOVE LOVE LOVE their chicken salad in a tub!! The last month or so, I have noticed the decline of the cleanliness of the store. Walking up to the entrance is very dirty. while I understand that this is a very busy store...especially at lunch time, the same garbage has been outside for over two weeks now. The waste ans do get emptied, but are normally overflowing. The same trash, cigarette butts, wood chips from the wood pile are still there. The rug going into the store is absolutely gross. It doesn't look like they even vacuum or sweep the entryway. Not a very good impression upon entering the store. Today, I noticed how dirty the floor was in front of the fresh foods. The staff is AWESOME!!! Very professional and very friendly. They really seem to like their jobs and they give Kwik Trip a good reputation. I won't stop going for my beloved chicken salad, but I cannot help feeling a little disappointed in the way the outside and foyer look. It really doesn't take much to sweep or vacuum the entrance to make the place a little more inviting. Maybe it's just me...

Came in today to get a breakfast sandwich.for the last two months they have not had the breakfast sandwich I've been looking for.. so today I finally settled with the croissant version of the breakfast sandwich I was looking for.. I don't know what this black slimy stuff is I scraped off but it looks like it's been scraped off the bottom of a grill.furthermore it doesn't have ham on it like it's supposed to.been trying for the last half an hour to call them and nothing more than a busy tone... Update febuary 5th 2024. Seeing I can't leave another review I'm just going to add to my bad review. Kwik Trip is the only place I know that has fried chicken sandwiches out at 7:00 a.m. but when you go in at 8:00 p.m. for one they don't have any because the friars have already been off over an hour...
