I came in looking for an M.2 screw kit because my motherboard didn't come with one for my second M.2 slot. The guy behind the counter was nice enough to just give me one from their stock because it wasn't an item they sell. I couldn't have asked for nicer service. I will come back here next time I need to make a purchase.

Just got my pc from Milwaukee PC. The guy was very friendly and professional. Since I am new to the pc world, he answered all my questions. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I recently got into PC and made some mistakes to my system but the two times I went in the main manager of this location I believe was Chuehue helped me and answered every question I had. My knowledge of computer is slim because I'm still learning as I just got into it and Ive been to a few other PC stores and a couple employees at other places basically made me feel dumb because I didnt know the specifics but not the manager here I brought my PC in to get tested for an issue and he did a full run down and told me about his options on what he would do in this situation. This customer service and understanding deserves to be complimented, thank you!
