        Teller could be a little more understanding and less rude. I showed up 5 mins before closing, and was behind another car waiting but because the car in front took awhile and it was exactly at closing she refused to take the 2 mins to help me. Yes, I get it was last minute, but I work until 4:00 in another city and got there as soon as I was able. Had to pay rent and she did not care at all. So she sent me to another bank which was opposite where i needed to be before I could get to my landlords bank to deposit the rent, and i got there late costing me a late fee on rent.

        Worst bank ever. No one answers the phone. Have to set up an appointment to take your money out. Charges for everything..

        Wont cash a cashiers check that they issued. Do not trust these people with your money.

        Though not the best bank, I had a good experience with this branch in particular. The lobby is kept very clean, and is fairly large compared to others. Staff was following Covid-19 protocol and even though they were busy, they moved the line of customers along promptly.
